We hope you absolutely love your new Miss Maliboo products. If there is something wrong with a product you have received we apologise and want you to know that your happiness and satisfaction is important to us.

- Description of issue
- Photographs (if applicable)
Once we receive the above information we will try our very best to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
When customers make their order, we try to get the products packaged and shipped out to you as fast as possible. So if you have ordered more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package. You are still able to track all items in your order.
Shipping time differs depending on the country to which the package is being delivered to.
Average shipping times:
USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada: 7 - 15 business days* following dispatch
Other destinations including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, The Netherlands, Turkey, Russia, United Arab Emirates: 7 - 25 business days* following dispatch
*Please note that these shipping times are estimates only and they are subject to change. These shipping times do not account for delays or heavy shipping periods such as Christmas. In some cases, orders to some locations may take up to 40 business days.
Customers may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. Miss Maliboo does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.
We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new Miss Maliboo products! Please note that Miss Maliboo must be notified of any shortage or damage of goods within 72 hours of receipt of goods. If for some reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Customers can return goods once Miss Maliboo has been notified and the return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Goods being returned must also be in the same condition as when delivered including original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned items. Customers are advised to get proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
For returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please do not send back your purchase - we will provide you with instructions on where to send return goods. Once a return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the status of your refund.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 3 - 10 business days.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned including intimate or sanitary products and Gift cards.
